Priority 1 / 2 / 3 Registration Definitions

Priority 1 Entry

Both Entry Form and Payment Must Be Received

  • Any printed entry form that is received with payment, at the address listed on the entry form, will be designated as a Priority 1 entry, and will be assigned a starting position (Boat Number).
  • These positions are assigned in the order in which the entry form and payment are received.
  • All entries require the name and contact information for both anglers if fishing as a team.
  • Must be received by the Wednesday just prior to the entered tournament event.

Priority 2 Entry

Digital Entry Form Must Be Received – No Advance Payment Required

  • Any digital entry that is received using the online digital entry process will be designated as a Priority 2 entry.
  • The order of receipt of these entries are locked in based on the time & date in which the digital entry is received.
  • Entry fees for Priority 2 entries are collected during the morning registration/check-in the day of the event. No late fee for Priority 2 entries.
  • All entries require the name and contact information for both anglers if fishing as a team.
  • On the Wednesday just prior to the entered event all Priority 2 entries will be assigned the next available starting positions (Behind any Priority 1 entries). These positions will be based on the time & date in which the digital entry was received.
  • All teams that digitally register must:
    • Print the attached PDF receipt that is e-mailed during the online registration process and submit the receipt during the morning registration/check-in.
      • Failure to print and submit the supplied receipt will require the team to manually complete an entry form during the morning registration/check-in.
    • The digital entry method will close at 3:00 PM on the Wednesday just prior to the entered tournament event and will not reopen until the following Monday for any future event entries.

Priority 3 Entry

  • Any entry that is received by mail on the Thursday or Friday just prior to the entered event or is submitted the day of the event will be assigned a Priority 3 status.
  • These entries are assigned the next available starting positions (Behind any Priority 1 & Priority 2 entries) based on the order in which the entry form and payment are received.
  • All entries require the name and contact information for both anglers if fishing as a team.
  • Any entry that is submitted during the morning registration/check-in the day of the entered event will require a $10 late fee.
